We are in search of a Logistics Specialist to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar.

In this role, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of operational processes within the company, with a focus on logistics, inventory management, and transportation coordination.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all inventory movements within the ERP system;
• Monitor and control inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations, optimizing for
  - efficiency and minimizing excess stock and carrying costs;
• Develop, update, and maintain logistics and inventory process documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and operational best practices;
• Create and maintain transportation orders, ensuring effective communication with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments;
• Prepare and manage all required transportation documentation (e. g. , packing lists, delivery notes, transport guides), ensuring compliance with legal and company standards;
• Analyze key logistics KPIs (e. g. , delivery performance, freight costs) to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.

What You’ll Bring To The Table

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field;
• 3+ years of experience in Logistics, Transportation management or Supply Chain;
• Fluent in English and Portuguese, other languages would be a plus;
• Proficient in logistics and inventory management software;
• Analytical, methodical and process oriented;
• Ability to work in a
  - paced and continuously improving environment;
• Good communication, team collaboration and organizational skills;
• Advanced
  - solving abilities with a keen attention to detail;
• Proactive, always looking to improve established processes and collaborating with other teams to find new improvement possibilities.

It Would Be Great If You Would Also Have

• Experience with Odoo (ERP) is a big plus;
• Experience in inventory management within multiple locations;
• Experience in freight forwarding, customs clearance and incoterms. Knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements.
