Join us as an LTL Import Specialist (m/f/d) at Kuehne+Nagel

When you work in Freight Logistics and Operations at Kuehne+Nagel, you play a key role in optimising processes and ensuring that inventory and shipments move efficiently. Your work also helps ensure vital medicines reach patients on time and supports other essential deliveries, from wind turbines to semiconductors. Our contribution counts in many ways.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Planning and coordinating daily tasks independently, taking full ownership of your operational accounts.
2. Advising and supporting customers on shipment status, customs clearances, arrivals, and deliveries.
3. Managing operational files and handling shipments from start to finish, including documentation and delivery notices.
4. Coordinating with shipping agents, freight carriers, and international partners, handling escalations as needed.
5. Monitoring freight charges and related costs; performing rate inquiries and calculations for accurate billing.
6. Processing digital orders, planning delivery schedules, and optimizing transport routes.
7. Collaborating with internal teams and international offices for accurate and timely information exchange.
8. Ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with KPIs and data quality standards.

What we look for in you:

1. Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or equivalent experience as a Road Logistics Operator.
2. At least 4 years of professional experience in logistics.
3. Solid knowledge of import procedures and LTL operations.
4. Strong customer orientation with excellent planning and organizational skills.
5. Positive attitude, proactive,
   - focused, resilient under challenges.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
7. Fluent in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
