Job Title: Luggage Porter/Bagageiro
A Luggage Porter/Bagageiro maintains an immaculate lobby and ensures
- delivered exceptional customer service to Guests, especially as service affects the transferring and storing of luggage.
What will I be doing?
As a Luggage Porter/Bagageiro, your responsibilities include maintaining a pristine lobby and providing outstanding customer service related to luggage transfer and storage. You will interact with Guests and contribute to their first impressions by performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Offer consistent,
- standard service and assistance to Guests, maintaining a courteous and attentive lobby presence. - Ensure all individual Guests and Groups receive fast, efficient, and friendly service.
- Keep the Front-Office team informed of relevant feedback from Guests and other departments.
- Deliver messages and mail regularly throughout the day.
- Assist with room moves and luggage deliveries, and man the Front Door following standard operating procedures.
- Handle and store
- term and
- term luggage effectively for arriving and departing Guests. - Maintain public areas and equipment in immaculate condition.
- Greet all guests warmly in public areas and rooms.
What are we looking for?
Our Hilton-serving Luggage Porter/Bagageiro should embody the following qualities and skills:
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
- Ability to listen and respond effectively to demanding Guest needs.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
