• Real estate sales
• Establish and maintain long‑lasting relationships with customers and partners
• Offer personalized advice to high‑end clients in the luxury real estate market
• Keep up with the latest trends and innovations in the luxury real estate sector in Portugal
• Develop unique marketing strategies for prestigious properties
• Active daily use of CRM software Perfil
• Proven experience in the luxury real estate market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Careful presentation
• Strategic vision and ability to offer a personalized service
• Knowledge of the local real estate market
• Driver’s license and own vehicle (preferably)
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Personal values aligned with the company’s (Trust, Integrity, Stability, and Longevity)
• All the necessary tools for the best marketing completely free (property management pages/platforms): EGO, Resource Center, Super
  Casa, Janela Digital, and Idealista
• Marketing: active Meta campaigns (free leads), access to equipment for creating virtual tours of properties
• Personal marketing: free business cards, flyers, and photo shoots
• Service car available at the agency (only on request)
