We are seeking an experienced and driven Luxury Real Estate Sales Team Leader to lead and expand a
- performing buyers’ division within the mid‑market and luxury residential real estate space. This leadership position is designed for a proven sales professional who thrives on building teams, driving performance, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of buyers’ agents focused on mid to high‑end residential properties.
• Set, track, and achieve ambitious sales targets across the team.
• Recruit, train, and develop agents to consistently perform at a high level.
• Implement effective sales strategies to grow market share in the mid‑market and luxury segments.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide guidance on complex, high‑value transactions.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape growth initiatives and refine client service standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing a high‑producing real estate team.
• Demonstrated success in the mid‑market and luxury residential sector.
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.
• Excellent negotiation, coaching, and client relationship skills.
• Based in or open to relocating to Porto; hybrid working model available.
• Fluency in English required; Portuguese a strong advantage.
