Position Overview: We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Consultant with strong expertise in Share
Point Online and Microsoft Teams, and a solid understanding of the broader M365 ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a
- oriented professional who can design and implement collaborative workspaces, content management solutions, and digital employee experiences using M365 tools—while also integrating with adjacent technologies such as Power Platform, Azure, and identity/security frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement digital collaboration solutions using Share
  Point Online and Microsoft Teams, aligned with business needs.
• Create and manage modern Share
  Point sites with document libraries, metadata, permissions, content types, and approval workflows.
• Implement and maintain governance strategies and best practices for Microsoft Teams, ensuring security, organization, and efficient integration with other tools.
• Develop process automation flows with Power Automate and custom applications with Power Apps, especially integrated with Share
  Point.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and enhance employee experience through M365 tools (Viva, Yammer, Stream, etc. ).
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to define requirements, map processes, and deliver effective solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance for M365 tool adoption and usage by users and teams.
• Participate in content migration projects using tools such as Share
  Gate, Metalogix, or Mover. io.
• Perform administrative tasks and automations in the M365 environment using Power
  Shell.
• Ensure compliance with security, identity, and access policies (e. g. , Azure AD, Conditional Access policies).
• Collaborate with agile teams and actively participate in Scrum sprints and ceremonies, when applicable.
  
  

• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement), including Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing apps.
• Experience in customization and configuration: entities, forms, business rules, workflows, and
  - driven apps.
• Knowledge of Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse integration with Dynamics.
• Solid understanding of business process flows, security roles, and environment strategy.
• Familiarity with solutions and ALM practices within Dynamics 365.
• Fluent English;
• 5 years of experience;
• Having already worked in consulting;
• Complete degree;
  
  

• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Azure services (e. g. , Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Open
  AI).
• Understanding of. NET C#, Java
  Script, or Type
  Script for extending Dynamics using web resources or plugins.
• Familiarity with Power BI for building CRM-related dashboards and reports.
• Exposure to customer portals (Power Pages,
  - party integrations).
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines and Dev
  Ops for CRM deployment automation.
• Knowledge of industry templates or vertical solutions in sectors such as finance, retail, or public sector.
• Experience working in Agile project environments.
