Role and Responsibilities

We are hiring for a
- time Analyst position. The role offers a
- term opportunity for professional growth and
- on involvement in live M&A projects. Working closely with partners and senior team members, you will participate in all stages of M&A transactions — including origination, financial analysis, valuation, and execution of
- side,
- side, and fundraising mandates:

Drafting of information memorandums, teasers and pitches

Financial analysis and business plan modelling

Market research and sectorial targeting

Assistance in due diligence processes

Business valuations and construction of financial models

Candidate Profile

Strong academic background, Masters' Degree in Finance, Management and Economics areas

1-2 years of professional experience in similar role will be valued (investment banking, private equity, consulting or financial advisory)

Strong numerical and analytical skills, aptitude to think strategically

Autonomous and
- tasking

Capability to work under tight deadlines, excellent time management and prioritisation

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Fluency in Portuguese and English

Excellent skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
