Your role

As an M&A Analyst, you’ll take an active role in transaction execution — performing market research and financial analyses, preparing valuation models, drafting information memoranda, and supporting pitch preparations.

You’ll liaise directly with clients and other project parties, gaining exposure to a variety of sectors and deal types. Your financial acumen and commercial insight will help drive projects forward from start to finish.

You’ll be an excellent fit if

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Management
• You have a up to 2 years of professional experience in Corporate Finance, Consulting, or a related area
• You are fluent in Portuguese and English, and ideally based in (or considering moving to) Cascais
• You have a strong analytical and quantitative skill set
• You are proactive, accurate, and result‑driven, with strong social and communication skills
• You are a team player with curiosity and a good sense of humour
