Role and Responsibilities

We are hiring for a full‑time Analyst position. The role offers a long‑term opportunity for professional growth and hands‑on involvement in live M&A projects. Working closely with partners and senior team members, you will participate in all stages of M&A transactions — including origination, financial analysis, valuation, and execution of sell‑side, buy‑side, and fundraising mandates.

• Drafting of information memorandums, teasers and pitches.
• Financial analysis and business plan modelling.
• Market research and sectorial targeting.
• Assistance in due diligence processes.
• Business valuations and construction of financial models.

Candidate Profile

• Strong academic background, Masters' Degree in Finance, Management or Economics.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting or financial advisory.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, aptitude to think strategically.
• Autonomous and multi‑tasking.
• Capable of working under tight deadlines, excellent time management and prioritisation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
• Excellent skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power
  Point).
