Your role

As an M&A Junior Analyst, you’ll support the team throughout all stages of the deal process. You’ll conduct market and company research, assist in preparing financial analyses and presentations, and help draft client materials such as teasers and information memoranda.

You will gain exposure to live transactions and interact with colleagues and clients from various sectors, developing a deep understanding of the M&A advisory process.

Requirements

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Management
• You are at the start of your career (internships or up to 6 months of experience welcome)
• You are fluent in Portuguese and English, and ideally based in (or willing to move to) the Cascais area
• You have an analytical mindset and a strong grasp of financial and quantitative concepts
• You’re proactive,
  - oriented, and eager to learn
• You have strong communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment
