Requisitos

Hard Skills

• 3+ years of experience in mac
  OS support in a corporate or enterprise setting.
• 2+ years working with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager for managing Apple devices.
• Proficiency with mac
  OS shell scripting (Bash, Zsh) and working knowledge of Python for automation.
• Familiarity with Intune Proactive Remediation scripts, Launch
  Daemons, and Automator.
• Experience using Apple Business Manager (ABM), Automated Device Enrollment (ADE), and Apple Push Notification Service (APNS).
• Experience with software packaging, deployment methods, and
  - based provisioning.
• Strong
  - solving and troubleshooting skills for Mac environments.
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to
  - technical users.
• Experience with Jamf, Munki, or other MDM tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of Intune Graph API, Azure Automation, or Power Automate for device lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with
  - platform automation and scripting (e. g. , Power
  Shell Core on mac
  OS).
• Certifications such as ACSP, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or Jamf 200/300.
