Our partners work across banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transport sectors.

What we need

• +5 years of hands‑on experience designing and implementing scalable machine learning products
• Solid understanding of ML algorithms, pipelines and data transformation processes
• Proficiency in Python, SQL and software design patterns
• Experience deploying ML solutions within microservices architectures in production environments
• At least 2 years of experience working with GCP tools in ML workflows (Vertex AI, Big
  Query, Cloud Composer, Cloud Storage)
• Demonstrated expertise with Lang
  Chain, NLP, LLMs, RAGs and embedding models
• Strong background in MLOps, automation and CI/CD for ML workflows
• Experience with testing methodologies (unit, integration, end‑to‑end) and proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience mentoring and guiding other ML developers (is a plus)
• Background in Retail or e
  Commerce (is a plus)
• Familiarity with server‑driven architectures and advanced search agents (is a plus)
• Strong focus on automation and AI productivity tools (is a plus)
• Willingness to work in a hybrid regime in Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra (mandatory)
• Fluency in English, spoken and written (mandatory)
