• At least 7 years of professional experience with Machine Learning, Data Science, or similar roles
• Strong background in Machine Learning System Architecture and Design
• Deep understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, including classical ML techniques such as time series modeling, statistical modeling, and survival analysis
• Professional experience developing models for churn prediction, sales forecasting, and user journey analysis using behavioral data
• Experience working with existing models (refactoring, improving) as well as designing and building new models from scratch
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, and Sage
  Maker
• English level of B2 or higher
• Availability to work in a fully remote model from Portugal
