Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement machine learning models tailored to CRM and platform contexts
2. Design and deploy models for retention, anomaly detection, regression, and other predictive analytics
3. Create and manage automated data pipelines for efficient processing and deployment
4. Ensure seamless integration of models into existing systems
5. Monitor data quality, consistency, and reliability
6. Troubleshoot and resolve data issues promptly
7. Utilize Azure Databricks for data processing, model training, and deployment
8. Optimize Databricks resources for efficiency and
   - effectiveness
9. Design and maintain infrastructure for scalability and performance
10. Collaborate with IT and Dev
    Ops teams on cloud resources and deployment environments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields
• Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, especially for CRM and platform solutions
• Strong skills in developing models for retention, anomaly detection, and regression
• Experience with pipeline automation and data flow monitoring
• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure management, preferably Azure
• Proficiency in Python, R, or Scala, and ML libraries like Tensor
  Flow, Py
  Torch, Scikit-Learn
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with Dev
  Ops tools and practices is a plus
• Experience with CRM platforms and customer data analytics is advantageous
• European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Residency
• Availability to work
  - office twice a week
