Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement machine learning models for CRM and platform contexts.
• Design and deploy models for retention, anomaly detection, regression analysis, and other predictive tasks.
• Create and manage automated data pipelines for data processing and model deployment.
• Ensure integration of models into existing systems and monitor data quality.
• Use Azure Databricks for data processing, model training, and deployment.
• Optimize Databricks resources for efficiency and
  - effectiveness.
• Maintain infrastructure for scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with IT and Dev
  Ops teams on cloud resources and deployment environments.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience as a Machine Learning Engineer focusing on CRM and platform solutions.
• Proficiency in developing models for retention, anomaly detection, and regression.
• Experience with pipeline automation and data flow monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, preferably Azure.
• Programming skills in Python, R, or Scala, with familiarity with ML libraries like Tensor
  Flow, Py
  Torch, or Scikit-Learn.
• Strong analytical,
  - solving, and communication skills.
• European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa/Residency.
• Availability to work
  - office twice a week.
