Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement machine learning models tailored to CRM and platform contexts.
2. Design and deploy models for retention, anomaly detection, regression, and other predictive analytics tasks.
3. Create and manage automated data pipelines for efficient data processing and model deployment.
4. Ensure seamless integration of models into existing systems.
5. Monitor data quality and troubleshoot data issues.
6. Utilize Azure Databricks for data processing, model training, and deployment.
7. Design and maintain scalable infrastructure for machine learning projects.
8. Collaborate with IT and Dev
   Ops teams on cloud resource management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, focusing on CRM and platform solutions.
• Proficiency in developing models for retention, anomaly detection, and regression.
• Experience with pipeline automation and data flow monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, preferably Azure.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or Scala, and ML libraries like Tensor
  Flow, Py
  Torch, Scikit-Learn.
• Strong analytical,
  - solving, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of Dev
  Ops practices is a plus.
• Experience with CRM platforms and customer data analytics is advantageous.
• EU Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa/Residency.
• Availability to work from the office twice a week.
