Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement machine learning models for CRM and platform contexts.
2. Design and deploy models for retention, anomaly detection, regression, and predictive analytics.
3. Create automated data pipelines for efficient processing and deployment.
4. Integrate models into existing systems and workflows seamlessly.
5. Monitor data quality and troubleshoot issues.
6. Utilize Azure Databricks for data processing, training, and deployment.
7. Optimize Databricks resources for
   - effective solutions.
8. Design and maintain scalable infrastructure for machine learning projects.
9. Collaborate with IT and Dev
   Ops teams for cloud resource management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, especially for CRM and platform solutions.
• Strong skills in developing models for retention, anomaly detection, and regression.
• Experience with automation pipelines and data flow monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or Scala, and machine learning frameworks.
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with Dev
  Ops tools is a plus.
• Experience with CRM platforms and customer analytics is advantageous.
• EU Citizenship or Portuguese Visa/Residency.
• Availability to work
  - office twice a week.
