Responsibilities

Develop and deploy machine learning models for CRM and platform contexts, including retention, anomaly detection, regression, and predictive analytics.
Create and manage automated data pipelines for data processing and model deployment.
Ensure seamless integration of models into existing systems and workflows.
Monitor data quality and troubleshoot data issues.
Utilize Azure Databricks for data processing, model training, and deployment, optimizing resource use.
Design and maintain scalable infrastructure for machine learning projects.
Collaborate with IT and Dev
Ops teams on cloud resource management.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields.
Proven experience in machine learning, especially for CRM and platform solutions.
Experience with pipeline automation, data flow monitoring, and Azure Databricks.
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure management, preferably Azure.
Programming skills in Python, R, or Scala, with familiarity with ML libraries like Tensor
Flow, Py
Torch, or Scikit-Learn.
Strong analytical,
- solving, and communication skills.
EU citizenship or Portuguese work authorization.
Availability to work from the office twice a week.
