Machine Learning and Computer Vision Engineer opportunity with a Robotics company. This role is based in Portugal on a flexible, hybrid basis.

About the role :

• Lead development and training of computer vision models
• Oversee the full ML lifecycle from data collection to deployment on robotic platforms
• Build and maintain scalable ML Ops pipelines and retraining workflows
• Integrate models into production systems and optimise for
  - world conditions
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure
  - accuracy sensing in varied environments
• Implement automation and manage
  - scale datasets for multiple purposes

About you :

• Demonstrate a clear passion for computer vision and automation
• Degree in a field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or similar
• A few years of commercial experience in ML, CV, and deep learning with a strong project portfolio
• Skilled in ML Ops and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of classic vision techniques and their practical use
• Experience with object detection and image segmentation as well as understanding lighting systems for the purpose of high accuracy in
  - light
• Skilled in Python and libraries such as Tensor
  Flow, Py
  Torch, Open
  CV
• Comfortable working independently and
  - functionally with hardware teams
• “Nice to haves” include
  - object tracking, noise reduction, ROS knowledge
