Machine Learning Expert Lead

We're looking for an experienced Machine Learning expert to lead our team in delivering machine
- powered features from concept to production. Our goal is to create innovative solutions that drive business results.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing people and projects, with expertise in machine learning project delivery. They'll be responsible for leading a
- functional team of Machine Learning engineers and scientists, collaborating with existing ML/AI leadership, recruiting new team members, and conducting quality 1:1s.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading a team of experienced Machine Learning Engineers and Scientists.
• Collaborating with existing ML/AI leadership to improve software delivery and service reliability.
• Recruiting new team members and facilitating a speedy interview process.
• Conducting quality 1:1s with team members.

Requirements include:

• Experience managing people across teams, ideally in large distributed Internet-facing systems.
• Proven expertise in managing machine learning project delivery to production.
• Expertise in NLP or Information Retrieval is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and prioritization abilities.
