We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our machine learning knowledge team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of experienced Machine Learning Engineers and Scientists.
• Collaborate with existing ML/AI leadership to improve software delivery and service reliability.
• Recruit new team members and facilitate interviews.

Requirements:

• Experience managing people across multiple teams, preferably with large, distributed Internet-facing systems.
• Proven expertise in delivering machine learning projects to production.
• Expertise in NLP or Information Retrieval is beneficial.
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
