We are seeking an exceptional leader to guide a team of talented ML engineers working on content and
- related AI projects. Your work will focus on enhancing
- generated content accessibility through AI Review Summaries, Collections, Auto-Tagging, Knowledge Graphs, topic classification, machine translation, and more, using
- edge technologies like Natural Language Understanding, Large Language Models (LLMs), Knowledge Graphs, and Gen
AI.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of machine learning engineers, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Set goals, provide feedback, and support professional growth.
• Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Oversee development and deployment of ML models ensuring quality and scalability.
• Collaborate with

Skills & Experience:

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies and full software development lifecycle.
• Problem-solving skills and passion for technical challenges.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
