Responsibilities include:

1. Developing Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions, including data collection, labeling, model setup, training, testing, and evaluation.
2. Supporting
   - house applications in collaboration with data scientists and developers.
3. Working closely with clients throughout all stages of the application lifecycle.
4. Designing appropriate approaches to solve identified problems within the company's framework.
5. Implementing and assisting in the deployment and maintenance of models and software, following industry best practices.
6. Supporting operational teams with deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of solutions.
7. Promoting a
   - driven culture within the organization.
8. Keeping updated with latest methodologies, technologies, and tools.

Qualifications include:

• Ability to explain model results and influencing factors.
• Strong statistical and quantitative analysis skills.
• Knowledge of ML development stacks like
  - learn, Keras, etc.
• Familiarity with NLP techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or Go.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL and No
  SQL).
• Experience with continuous integration tools (e. g. , Jenkins, Git).
• Understanding of deep learning architectures and frameworks like Py
  Torch, Tensor
  Flow.
• Fluent in English; French and Portuguese are a plus.
• Strong soft skills: creativity, communication, adaptability.
• Educational background in engineering, mathematics, statistics, or computer science; a Ph
  D is advantageous.
