Job Description

Develop End To End Product Lifecycle

• Develop Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions, including data collection, labeling, model training, testing, and evaluation.
• Develop, modify, and support
  - house applications, working closely with data scientists and developers of the AC team.
• Collaborate with clients throughout all stages of the application lifecycle.
• Design appropriate approaches to solve identified problems within the company’s framework.

Implement and assist with deployment and maintenance of models and software:

• Follow industry best practices to implement and scale solutions into
  - grade software.
• Assist operational teams with deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of solutions.
• Contribute to fostering a
  - driven culture within CIB.
• Stay updated on the latest methodologies, technologies, and tools in the field.

Main Tasks

• Develop
  -
  - end product lifecycle solutions.
• Implement and support deployment and maintenance of models and software.

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Ability to explain model results and factors affecting them.
• Skills in statistical and quantitative analysis, including machine learning, statistical models, Bayesian statistics, probability theory, and time series analysis.
• Knowledge of at least one ML development stack (e. g. ,
  - learn, Keras).
• Knowledge of NLP techniques.

Language Skills:

• Fluent in English.
• French and Portuguese are a plus.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or Go, and understanding of algorithms.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL and No
  SQL).
• Familiarity with continuous integration tools (e. g. , Jenkins, Git).
• Knowledge of deep learning frameworks like Py
  Torch or Tensor
  Flow.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to think abstractly and creatively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to adapt in a changing environment.

Education:

• Engineer school or master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, data science, or related engineering fields.
• Ph
  D in data science, engineering, or related fields is an advantage but not required.
