We are looking for a talented and dedicated Machine Learning Ops Engineer to support and accelerate AI adoption at TUI. You will develop, implement, and maintain machine learning models and algorithms, working closely with
- functional teams to integrate ML solutions into production systems.

About The Job

• As a Machine Learning Ops Engineer, you will be part of a
  - functional team that enables AI engineering skills and capabilities across TUI Group, aligning with TUI’s AI strategy. Being an AI enthusiast with a strong Dev
  Sec
  Ops mindset, you’ll collaborate with your team to deliver solutions that challenge the status quo, taking full responsibility for your AI solutions from design to operation. You diligently care about the quality of your work, including proper documentation and security aspects.
• You will contribute to projects that explore new ways of delivering value, solving complex business challenges, and meeting evolving customer needs. You’ll help bring prototypes to life on our platforms and support their transition into production by establishing robust operational guardrails. You will monitor and optimize the performance of deployed AI models and collaborate with engineering colleagues on AI-related tasks to deliver impactful,
  - driven solutions.
• You can articulate your thoughts and ideas and take the initiative to translate them into outcomes, ensuring alignment with business and technical teams together with the domain’s teams and the Group Enabler teams, you will research, evaluate, and test new approaches, processes, and tools, helping teams use them effectively. You will participate in Communities of Practice and collaborate on shared initiatives to grow your experience. You are eager to learn and grow in your role, welcoming support and coaching from senior colleagues.

About You

• Experience in productionising and using various AI models and algorithms.
• Experience in deploying AI solutions using CI/CD pipelines, API development and containers.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Understanding of machine learning/AI frameworks and libraries.
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies and services (e. g. , AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with monitoring and log collection systems (e. g. Data
  Dog).
• Some experience with Generative AI technologies (e. g. Bedrock, Langchain, Lang
  Graph).
• Customer-focused engineer with a passion for crafting
  - quality digital products, continuous improvement, and effective team collaboration.
• Strong
  - solving and communication skills, with an understanding of the social, legal, and ethical impact of AI technologies.
