- MAGNITUDE SUPPORT EXPERT -- REMOTO

> WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A MAGNITUDE SUPPORT EXPERT?

This role combines application management, technical administration, and data processing expertise, ensuring the reliability of financial consolidation processes and enabling downstream BI and reporting.

> WHAT ARE THE KEY RESPONSABILITIES?

Magnitude Application Management

• Administer, monitor, and support the Magnitude consolidation application.
• Manage application lifecycle: installation, upgrades, patches, and new version deployments.
• Ensure system availability and performance to meet Group Finance reporting deadlines.

Infrastructure & Technical Support

• Maintain and troubleshoot the application on Windows Server environment.
• Support integrations leveraging. NET components within the Magnitude ecosystem.
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure system stability, security, and compliance.

Data Warehouse & Integration

• Maintain and support the Magnitude Data Warehouse built on SQL Server.
• Develop, enhance, and support ETL processes using SSIS.
• Ensure data consistency, quality, and timely availability for BI and reporting.
• Support integration with Snowflake (nice to have), as Magnitude datasets are increasingly stored and leveraged there.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Work closely with Group Finance and cross IT teams to ensure smooth operations of consolidation and reporting processes.
• Proactively identify and implement improvements in performance, stability, and reliability.
• Document procedures, standards, and solutions for knowledge sharing and onboarding.
