- scale infrastructure environments and passionate about ensuring seamless production workflows? We’re seeking a Mainframe Operations Technician to join a global team supporting
- critical systems.

? Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate mainframe and distributed systems
• Execute and supervise production batch workflows
• Manage job scheduling, control flows, and system alerts
• Support secure file transfer processes
• Coordinate incident resolution and escalation when needed
• Ensure operational continuity and performance across environments

? Technical Requirements

• Operating Systems: Windows & Linux
• Job Scheduling / Automation: Control-M, TWS (Tivoli Workload Scheduler)
• File/Flow Transfer Tools: CFT, Connect:Express, EGEN
• Mainframe & Database: DB2
• Knowledge of production environments & operational constraints

• Experience in IT production / mainframe OPS environment
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset
• Ability to work in

  - critical environments
• Good communication and teamwork skills
