About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Mainframe Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience providing application and infrastructure support in mainframe environments, ensuring system reliability, performance, and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, maintain, and support mainframe systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
• Execute batch jobs and monitor job schedules using IWS/TWS/OPC.
• Analyze and troubleshoot JCL errors, ensuring proper job execution and recovery.
• Utilize Sysview to monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to implement fixes, enhancements, and preventive maintenance.
• Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Support Analyst, preferably in a mainframe environment.
• Strong knowledge of Mainframe systems and monitoring tools such as Sysview.
• Hands-on experience with IWS / TWS / OPC job scheduling tools.
• Proficiency in JCL (Job Control Language).
• Good analytical and
  - solving skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

  - call rotations.
