As a Cyber Defense Security Designer for IBM Mainframe Z Series (and i
Series), your primary role is to maintain and improve the overall security posture of the organization's IT infrastructure based on IBM Mainframe Z Series (and i
Series) technology.

You will work closely with the security team and other stakeholders to identify potential security risks and develop effective remediation strategies specific to IBM Mainframe Z Series and i
Series architecture.

You will also collaborate with other Cyber Defense security product teams on architecture, vision, and roadmap development to protect AXA's data effectively.

Your activities include:

1. Conduct regular security assessments of IBM Mainframe Z Series and i
   Series infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities.
2. Support the implementation and maintenance of security policies, procedures, and standards for IBM Mainframe Z Series and i
   Series, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
3. Perform detailed security configuration assessments of operating systems and infrastructure components to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation.
4. Coordinate security incident response and investigation in the IBM Mainframe Z Series and i
   Series domain.
5. Provide security guidance and support for IBM Mainframe Z Series and i
   Series systems to other teams.
6. Support the security controls implementation for new systems and projects involving IBM Mainframe Z Series and i
   Series.
7. Contribute to security awareness training for employees and contractors.
8. Identify potential security threats to IBM Mainframe Z Series and i
   Series systems and proactively mitigate risks.
9. Stay updated on the latest security threats and trends related to IBM Mainframe Z Series and i
   Series, recommending improvements.
10. (Co-)lead the development of a 5-year product vision for Cyber Security products.

MISSIONS

• Align security requirements from distributed and mainframe teams, external regulations, and threat landscape into a clear action plan.
• Support IT projects/products in security risk mitigation through appropriate prevention, detection, and response strategies.
• Enhance the security level of Mainframe and IBM i
  Series systems.
• Maintain relevance of Cyber Defense products in the evolving threat landscape.

PROFILES

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or equivalent practical experience.

Certifications

• Security certifications related to IBM Mainframe Z Series, such as IBM Certified Administrator - Security z/OS, IBM Certified Specialist - z Security Technical Sales, etc. , are a plus.
• Cloud Security qualifications are also desirable.

Work Experience

• Minimum 8 years in IT security operations, particularly with IBM Mainframe Z Series and i
  Series.
• Experience with IBM security tools like RACF, z
  Secure, Syslog, ICSF, etc.
• Knowledge of security standards such as z/OS Security, RACF, z
  Secure.
• Experience with RACF report building, onboarding, and decommissioning applications in RACF.
• Extensive knowledge of SSO, Active Directory, LDAP, PKI, privileged accounts, API integration, digital certificates, Kerberos, SSL, SSH.
• Desired USS experience.
• Understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and virtualization technologies specific to IBM Mainframe Z Series.
• Excellent analytical,
  - solving, and communication skills.
• Over 10 years in Information Security disciplines and solution design.
• Over 5 years in technologies like Cloud, SOC, SIEM, IAM, IPS/IDS, WAF, HIPS, firewalls, Microsoft 365, Unix, Azure, AWS, Forensics.
• Security architecture experience, including product roadmap development.
