Role: Mainframe Specialist

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon, Portugal

Required skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years' solid experience in Mainframe environments with effective use of COBOL, JCL, ISPF, REXX, and Control-M.
• COBOL: Development and maintenance of batch and online applications.
• JCL (Job Control Language): Writing, analyzing, and debugging jobs, procedures (procs), and steps.
• REXX: Development of scripts and utility tools for task automation.
• ISPF (Interactive System Productivity Facility): Browsing, editing, and manipulating libraries and files in the TSO environment.
• Control-M (CTM): Managing schedules, executing and monitoring batch jobs, troubleshooting, and job flow optimization.
• VSAM, DB2, CICS (optional): Experience in transactional and database environments.
