Maintenance Documentor

At EIA21, an industrial engineering company with more than 40 years of experience providing services to the sector, we are looking for a Maintenance Documentor to join an industrial project located in Estarreja, Portugal.

This position is for a 12-month assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Update the appropriate equipment files
• Document physical and electronic the Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Program
• Retrieve physical and electronic stored PPM data and present manageable information for analysis of PPM data.
• Document of the improved maintenance operating discipline
• Assist in the development of training material.
• Assist in equipment data collection.
• Document and retrieve job plans as required
• Responsible for management and control the maintenance library producing reports and analyses as required by maintenance leader.
• Provide maintenance Team with an accurate and realistic status of Maintenance Library and Equipment Folder.
• Operational Coordination: Work with Work Coordinators, PPM Coordinators and Maintenance Activity Coordinators to coordinate the documenting execution plan.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Computer skills, mainly Excel.
• English is a plus.
• Demonstrated skills in identifying, analysing, and providing innovative solutions to scheduling problems.
• Proactive attitude, working independently or with little supervision.
• Knowledge in Maintenance or operational processes is a plus
• Able to work in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
