Maintenance Engineer

- minded, highly motivated person to reinforce the Customer Service Operations team in the Lisbon area. In this role you will deliver
- quality technical services and support to our customers, ensuring that all issues are addressed effectively. This is an excellent opportunity to increase your knowledge and gain experience in mechanics, electronics and automation by performing services on our clients’ sites.
You will travel 75% of your time to customer sites and must have a work permit to work in Portugal.
Responsibilities
- Install, commission and maintain the equipment and installations of Filling Machines and Distribution Equipment for customers around Lisbon and, occasionally, other European countries.
- Perform troubleshooting and fault‑finding services on site and by phone.
- Conduct production supervision and operator training at customer sites.
- Establish and maintain a continuous positive relationship with customers, including support and follow‑up on customer concerns and problems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in electronic or electro‑mechanical engineering – or equivalent experience.
- 1‑2 years of work experience in electro‑mechanical maintenance.
- 1‑2 years of experience with PLC, electrical and electronic systems in general.
- Ability to repair machines onsite.
- Experience with filling machines is a big advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively in Portugal and abroad (especially Angola, Spain).
- Native level of Portuguese and good command of English; Spanish is an asset.
- Driving licence.
- Good command of computer skills and MS Office.
- Proven understanding of customer satisfaction and business vision.
- Initiative and ability to work in a team.
- Customer‑oriented and results‑oriented attitude.
