Maintenance Operations Control is the critical point of communication for Maintenance Planning, Logistics, Engineering and Operations, to ensure our aircraft are airworthy and to enable Vista
Jet to provide exceptional service for our clients through maximum fleet utilization.

Maintenance Operations Controllers make calls on the serviceability and safety of aircraft. Working closely with the rest of Vista
Jet’s Operations Control Centre, you will take calls from pilots experiencing technical issues and help resolve issues using the training provided by Vista
Jet and your maintenance experience.

Due to the ongoing demand of business aviation, we are recruiting highly motivated Maintenance Operations Controllers to join our growing team in Lisbon.

Responsibilities

• Acting as Flight Crew focal point of contact for any maintenance/technical issues;
• Evaluating reported aircraft discrepancies, developing and communicating appropriate recovery plans while diligently tracking RTS progress;
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies;
• Parts requisition and coordination.

This is an
- based role. You will be working on a 4-on-4-off roster. Your 4 on will be comprised of 12 hour day shifts, with one rotation per month covering night shift.

Required Skills, Qualifications, And Experience

• Working knowledge of maintenance operations and aircraft related technical manuals, along with understanding of manufacturer’s maintenance programs;
• Highly flexible and ability to work in a
  - paced environment;
• Fluent in spoken and written English;
• High degree of computer literacy.

Desirable additional qualifications

• EASA license Cat B or equivalent qualification and experiences.
• Five years of experience in the aeronautical industry in an appropriate position.

Full training in Malta will be provided, with the opportunity to complete a
- rating and spend time working in our Part 145 organisation, in Farnborough Airport.
