Requirements:

• Oversee maintenance planning at the company, including furnace shutdowns, machinery maintenance, and production equipment scheduling.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the industrial sector; 5+ years preferred.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or IBM Maximo for maintenance management.
• Strong knowledge of MS Project for planning and scheduling.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and
  - solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with
  - functional teams in a
  - paced industrial environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• High English level.
