- At least 5 years of professional experience as a Web Designer or in a similar role;



- Strong portfoliodemonstrating expertise in Framer;



- Proficiency with
Figmaand design systems;



- Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and modern UX/UI best practices;



- Ability to create animations, prototypes, and live websites directly in Framer;



- Strong attentionto detail and a passion for polished,
- centric design;



- Effective communication and collaboration skills;



- Experience at
- stage startup or Saa
S company is a plus;



- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for
-
- development alignment is valued;



- Familiarity withbranddesign, marketing funnels, and conversion optimisation is a plus;



- English copywriting skills for occasional web copy support are valued. Responsibilities:
- Design and build responsive, interactive websites and landing pages directly in Framer;



- Translate brand guidelines and product positioning into intuitive web experiences;



- Lead website restructuring efforts in Framer;



- Collaborate withproduct, marketing, and GTM teams to deliver engaging user journeys and
- focused flows;



- Create animations, transitions, and
- interactions that enhance usability and brand perception;



- Ensure
- perfect design implementation and consistency across web properties;



- Optimise web experiences for performance, accessibility and SEO;



- Prototype new conceptsand test design iterations quickly within Framer;
