The Job

• Coordinate small projects involving maintenance and repair of building structures and grounds.
• Supervise activities related to boiler systems, HVAC, plumbing, EMS, security, and other building components.
• Ensure availability and proper use of service manuals, blueprints, and technical documentation during maintenance procedures.
• Oversee shift or departmental operations, providing guidance and training to staff.
• Communicate effectively with managers, peers, and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and report hazards or incidents.
• Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality.
• Provide excellent guest service and develop positive relationships.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, moving, and inspecting equipment.

• Previous experience in maintenance or related field.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
