Maintenance System & Data Analyst (m/f/d) role at Borg
Warner. The position, within the maintenance area, aims to support the maintenance technicians and leadership through activities and responsibilities related to the maintenance management system to deliver maintenance services safely, with quality, efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities and duties
- Define and maintain, with the support of maintenance technicians, the work instructions for autonomous or preventive maintenance.
- Define and maintain, with support from the maintenance team and/or Process Engineers, equipment manuals and standards.
- Define and maintain, with support from maintenance technicians and/or Process Engineers, standard diagnosis procedures for faults within the corrective maintenance process.
- Update and analyze maintenance area KPIs.
- Plan preventive maintenance interventions with the maintenance and production teams.
- Define, with team support, internal processes and procedures for the team.
- Conduct audits of autonomous maintenance execution according to the established plan.
- Maintain SAP master data for elements related to maintenance.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement activities in the area and in problem solving.
- Contribute to improvements of the maintenance management system.
- Comply with environment, health & safety, quality and productivity standards; follow workplace safety and cleanliness rules; comply with organizational rules, internal regulations and ethical code; respect working hours.
- Participate in continual improvement of the Environmental, Health and Safety Management Policy.
- Maintain, clean and preserve the workstation; perform other tasks as required for service needs.
Qualifications
Required education and experience
- 12th grade in a technical area (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electricity) or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Knowledge of machine operation (mechanical, pneumatic, electronic, electrical, etc. ) – desirable.
- Knowledge of production line context in the automotive industry – desirable.
- Computer literacy (Office) from an
- user perspective. - Knowledge of SAP – desirable.
- End-user computing skills (Excel, Outlook, Power
Point). - Solid English knowledge.
