- time Maintenance Technician to help us maintain our growing portfolio of luxury,
- furnished
- term rental properties to the highest standards.
This is not your average maintenance role — we’re looking for someone proactive,
- oriented, and responsive, who understands that in hospitality, problems can’t wait until tomorrow. You’ll take ownership of maintenance operations , providing swift,
- quality support across multiple properties in Cascais, Lisbon, and surrounding areas.
Standard working hours are 12h00–21h00 , with some flexibility required. Occasional schedule changes may be necessary to accommodate urgent needs, guest situations, or special projects.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Inspect, install, repair, and maintain furniture, lighting, kitchen appliances, and decorative elements
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and general handyman skills
Perform detailed apartment inspections , identifying and correcting any operational or cosmetic deficiencies
Support
- related maintenance needs during the evening hours, ensuring every stay is smooth and
- free
Deliver, carry and install missing inventory (e. g. , kitchenware, small appliances, lighting) to maintain readiness
Coordinate with external specialists when necessary for more technical interventions
Work with housekeeping, guest relations and office staff to deliver high level services and timely responses for issues that arise.
What You Bring:
5+ years of
- on experience in general maintenance and repair
Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, painting, HVAC, and general carpentry
Familiarity with sourcing parts/materials from appropriate local suppliers
Ability to work independently , manage time effectively, and remain composed under pressure
Tech-savvy: Responds to emails/texts in timely manner, uses tools like Asana or other project management apps
Exceptional
- solving and communication skills , with a
- focused mindset
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to properties across the region
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime when needed
Fluency in English (written/verbal)
