What You’ll Do
- Focus on new business and develop existing customer accounts for higher penetration through customer account management.
- Perform business dealings, negotiations and contract signings; identify opportunities and strategies to win business from customers.
- Report to Sales Manager.
- Deliver sales activities in line with targets around customer acquisitions, retentions and care within the assigned sales segment.
- Ensure sales solutions align with Vodafone’s sales strategy and customer needs.
- Plan and develop a
- specific strategy and business plan in line with Vodafone’s product and service portfolio. - May guide the team in understanding the customer industry.
- Build and maintain strong relations with internal stakeholders to address issues impacting revenue, cost or margin.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and interact effectively with wider stakeholder groups.
- Work with colleagues to influence customer decisions using sales skills, product and industry knowledge.
- Use best practice knowledge to deliver negotiations and contract signings.
- Influence customer decisions through sales skills and knowledge.
- Cooperate with internal teams (e. g. , Technology, Marketing, Commercial Management) on the preparation of individual business customer solutions based on requirements.
- May provide informal guidance to junior staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in the telco sector
- High customer orientation

- Experience in selling technical solutions and solid knowledge of the IT sector
- Driver’s license
