What You Bring

Strong interest in the Banking and Insurance industry and creativity in how to improve this area;

Relevant experience in a consultancy or advisory firm;

Experience with leading teams

Qualifications:

3+ years of relevant working experience in a consultancy or advisory firm;

Good communication and facilitation skills;

Effective team management;

Able to thrive in a
- paced, high energy, demanding and
- oriented environment;

Fluent in English and Portuguese;

Master's or equivalent degree/ MBA.
