Qualifications

- 3+ years of relevant working experience in a consultancy or advisory firm

- Good communication and facilitation skills

- Effective team management
Able to thrive in a fast‐paced, high energy, demanding and team‐oriented environment

- Fluent in English and Portuguese

- Master's or equivalent degree / MBA
