Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant working experience in a consultancy or advisory firm;
• Good communication and facilitation skills;
• Effective team management;
• Able to thrive in a
  - paced, high energy, demanding and
  - oriented environment;
• Fluent in English and Portuguese;
• Master's or equivalent degree/ MBA.
