We are recruiting for our Lisbon Office, supporting a growing team of nearly 100 people. Our Lisbon-based consultants support clients globally, with opportunities for international travel. They provide flexible support, from rapid assessments and
- term savings to embedding

As a Manager, you will:

• Understand clients' broader business challenges and identify problems we can solve, reporting to the VP and collaborating with colleagues to develop solutions.
• Lead project efforts by driving team activities, managing risks, and addressing challenges.

Your responsibilities include:

• Planning and implementing strategies to achieve targeted outcomes with your team;
• Ensuring quality, timeliness, and output of deliverables;
• Assigning roles and responsibilities as a
  - maker;
• Communicating regularly with client stakeholders and project VPs.
