Your mission in the IMR team

Within our International Management Reporting (IMR) team, you will contribute directly to the
-
- day management of various tasks with multiple interlocutors within the Financial Production, Financial Control and Performance departments. You will support the BNP Paribas Group-'s business lines and functions in understanding and managing the financial management of their activities.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the closing process and bring a critical look to the figures reported. Ensure their consistency by carrying out the required controls and analyses to monitor their evolution.
• Understand how the result is constructed and how operations are translated into accounting in terms of
  - standards.
• Contribute to the development, implementation and monitoring of the budget: production of reports, participation in budget and forecast dashboards for management and the financial department.
• Participate in tool evolution projects (TAGETIK) as well as transformation projects.
• Carry out various studies and analyses on
  - hoc topics and themes at the request of management.

What were looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Prior experience in banking, insurance or a consulting firm may be an asset
• Ability to immerse yourself in data and the tools to dissect it, while maintaining a critical perspective and challenging interlocutors
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions), Tagetik, VBA and BI tools
• Rigorous, proactive, and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• Ability to integrate, process, simplify and synthesize large volumes of information
• Fluent in English (C1 or C2) – mandatory
