Our Team and Mission

We are expanding our warranty management team in Porto, focusing on the European market, including France, Spain, Portugal, Czech Republic, and plans for the UK, Sweden, and more by 2025. Our core activities involve managing dealer warranties, extended warranties, and maintenance contracts, handling authorization and contract management requests across various products and countries.

Role Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate registration records in the information system.
• Manage vehicle repairs
  - contract coverage.
• Assess the eligibility of applications.
• Communicate via phone and written correspondence with relevant departments.
• Analyze records to determine insurability and financial risk, ensuring compliance with procedures.
• Notify clients and/or partners of decisions.
• Handle administrative tasks efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and risk management standards.

Candidate Profile

• Qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Motor Vehicle, or Diagnostic Technician fields.
• Automotive mechanics training or
  - sales experience preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience in vehicle repair workshops is advantageous.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
