Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Mid-Market Account Executives focused on acquiring new business for the DACH region
- Attract, hire, and retain
- performing talent with the ability to learn and grow - Drive a
- performance,
- accountability culture to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals - Coach, manage, and develop sellers with emphasis on continual learning and
- gap improvement - Develop processes that scale and drive consistent execution across the team
- Actively monitor sales pipeline, activity, and forecasts to proactively adapt to changing conditions
Requirements
- 5+ years leading a team of Account Executives with demonstrated success in Mid-Market
- Ability to identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and own implementation or project management of sales initiatives
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from KPI data and recommend course corrections
- Experience using data to drive sales decisions
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Native proficiency in German
