Job Description:

Join our Communications & Public Policy department and lead the charge at Infineon as Manager of Data & Insights and become an influential figure in our global analytics journey.
As the Manager of Data & Insights, your responsibilities include:
- Establish the structure of a data analytics team, including defining roles and resource planning, setting up an effective team accordingly.
- Set the strategic direction for the analytics function, aligning it with the communication department's objectives.
- Liaise with senior management to communicate insights, gain support for analytics initiatives, and understand departmental needs.
- Monitor the effectiveness of analytic tools, reporting and methodologies, ensuring they deliver actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest analytic technologies and trends, incorporating them as necessary.
- Support the enablement of
- service reporting.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A university degree in Business Administration, Communication Sciences, Data Science, Computer Science or similar field of studies.
- Proven work experience in a manager role and at least 5 or more years of experience in an analytics role or similar, preferably in an international or corporate environment.
- Demonstrated experience in strategically developing and implementing KPI frameworks for corporate communications departments on a global scale.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to drive analytics within the organization.
- Proven project management skills to turn plans into results effectively.
- Excellent communication and change management skills to influence across departments and leadership levels.
- The ability to understand business stakeholders' underlying problems and transform them into data products.
- Excellent English skills.
