Join our Communications & Public Policy department and lead the charge at Infineon as Manager of Data & Insights and become an influential figure in our global analytics journey.

As the Manager of Data & Insights, your responsibilities include:

1. Establish the structure of a data analytics team, including defining roles and resource planning, setting up an effective team accordingly.
2. Set the strategic direction for the analytics function, aligning it with the communication department's objectives.
3. Liaise with senior management to communicate insights, gain support for analytics initiatives, and understand departmental needs.
4. Monitor the effectiveness of analytic tools, reporting and methodologies, ensuring they deliver actionable insights.
5. Stay updated with the latest analytic technologies and trends, incorporating them as necessary.
6. Support the enablement of
   - service reporting.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A university degree in Business Administration, Communication Sciences, Data Science, Computer Science or similar field of studies.
• Proven work experience in a manager role and at least 5 or more years of experience in an analytics role or similar, preferably in an international or corporate environment.
• Demonstrated experience in strategically developing and implementing KPI frameworks for corporate communications departments on a global scale.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to drive analytics within the organization.
• Proven project management skills to turn plans into results effectively.
• Excellent communication and change management skills to influence across departments and leadership levels.
• The ability to understand business stakeholders' underlying problems and transform them into data products.
• Excellent English skills.
