We are seeking an experienced People Manager to lead one of our Data Operations teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and
- quality delivery of data operations that support our product development. You are part of the Data Operations leadership team and responsible for a team of 5 Veevans and multiple hundred curators.

- on. Don’t shy away from analyzing the data for your decisions yourself. Based on your understanding of the value a product adds to customers, you can shape operations and be a sparring partner to product managers.

You will represent Data Operations in a
- functional product team, collaborating closely with Product Management, Data Engineering, and Data Science.

• Extensive people leadership experience (5+ years)
• Proven track record in process improvements
• Confident spreadsheet user (pivot tables, nested formulas)
• Excellent communication skills in English

• Experience in life sciences (education or professional experience)
• Experience in data product businesses
• Data analysis skills (e. g. , SQL, Tableau)
