Digital Marketing Manager
We are looking for a digital marketing manager working in team with the corporate marketing manager. This role focuses on implementing a digital marketing strategy and increase leads and lead quality.
Responsibilities
1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute
- channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEA, email marketing, social media (Linked
In), etc. ) - Optimize website and landing pages for lead generation and conversion
- Manage and improve PPC (Google Ads, Linked
In Ads) campaigns
2. Content marketing & SEO
- Manage high quality content for blogs, case studies, and whitepapers
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility
- Oversee website updates and ensure a seamless user experience
3. Lead Generation & Marketing Automation
- Implement lead nurturing strategies using marketing automation tools (e. g. Pardot/Salesforce, Hub
Spot, Marketo) - Monitor and optimize the customer journey to increase conversion rates
- Follow up and analyze the NPS score for the individual businesses
- Collaborate with sales to align marketing efforts with business goals
4. Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Track and analyze KPIs using Google Analytics, CRM, and other analytics tools
- Generate reports and provide insights to optimize digital marketing performance
- Continuously test and improve campaigns through A/B testing and
- driven decisions
Competencies/skills
- Strategic thinking: ability to align digital marketing efforts with business goals
- Data-driven approach: strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance
- Creativity & content creation: ability to craft engaging, water industry relevant content
- SEO & SEA expertise: knowledge of keyword research, technical SEO, and paid advertising
- Tech-savvy: experience with marketing automation tools, Google Ads, and CRM systems
- Project management: ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
- Collaboration & communication: work closely with internal teams such as sales & IT
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent in experience in digital marketing or communication
- Experience in digital marketing, CRM and marketing automation. Preferably in the industrial or environmental sector
- Proficiency in any of the following: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Linked
In Ads, Salesforce, Hub
Spot or similar, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush) - Proficiency in Microsoft tools
- Strong English communication skills, French is a plus
- A passion for sustainability and water technology is a plus!
