Job Summary

You’ll join our EA/MA team in Lisbon, one of Bain’s Global Business Services (GBS) locations. This team plays a vital role in supporting Bain’s consultants and leadership by ensuring
- quality administrative support and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning and team development, ensuring optimal staffing, workload balance, and business continuity
• Monitor and drive performance to meet KPIs and service level agreements, proactively identifying and addressing delivery risks
• Manage communication and alignment across teams, cascading firmwide initiatives and reinforcing key messages
• Drive talent attraction and development, including onboarding, training programs, reviews, and employee engagement activities
• Partner with stakeholders to run satisfaction surveys and improvement planning, while representing Bain externally when needed

Requirements

• Proven people management experience—able to lead a team independently with minimal oversight
• Demonstrated success managing senior stakeholders with confidence and professionalism
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Skilled in MS Office and familiar with Lotus Notes or Google Calendar
• Strong communication and
  - solving skills, with a calm and diplomatic demeanor under pressure
• Minimum 4 years of experience working at a senior level in a demanding,
  - paced environment—ideally in professional services or an international company
• BA or Master’s degree preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the European Union
